The Exchange Process
We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, you must provide proof of purchase, such as your online order confirmation email.
How to Exchange: To initiate an exchange, customers are required to visit their nearest TRAX courier office to send the article back to us.
Shipping Charges: If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, the courier charges will be covered by ANSA by SA (details will be provided by our representative). For all other reasons, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for the exchange process to be completed once the item has been verified and received at our facility.
Pristine Condition: Articles qualify for exchange only if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Important Considerations
Color Accuracy: We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen settings and lighting, actual colors and designs may vary slightly. This does not qualify as a valid reason for a free exchange.
Sale Items: Articles purchased on discount or during a sale are not eligible for exchange unless a manufacturing defect is present. Please note that sale exchanges may take longer than our standard processing time.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Return Policy
ANSA by SA does not offer cash returns or refunds. However, we are happy to guide you through our exchange process to ensure you receive an item that meets your expectations.
Order Cancellation
Customer Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipping.
Post-Shipping: Once an order has been shipped and you have received your tracking ID and invoice via email, the standard Exchange Policy will apply.
Brand Authority: ANSA by SA reserves the right to cancel orders in specific cases, including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or declined payments.
